Haven’t read in a while but wasn’t there a dragon that shut off all animus magic so it doesn’t work anymore

I came to the hasbin hotel because I am a fan of one of the guests and staff. I died in the renaissance. I ended up being close to nifty, despite her psychotic nature, she is actually pretty nice and sweet. I befriended the pig fat nuggets. adam is my enemy because he likes to exterminate sinners. alastor helped me out for my redemption, he is a lot nicer if I don't make him angry. I crash clubs with cherri bomb because some of those clubs might be fun. I look up to vaggie because she is brave.I sing a duet with lute. she has quite a wonderful voice

There is always the possibility that Turtle never enchanted Anemone. Since they are of the same heritage, they both could have been animus dragons, which means Turtle’s spell failed and it was a coincidence. We would only know this if we ever get to see Boa’s book. The other option is that Anemone was a baby when she was enchanted, so it was easier to cast or less effort. Maybe they have only tried to enchant adult dragons to disastrous results.

A little of topic but I was wondering how far over writing effect of other magic spells . For example “I cast this enchantment to do ….blah blah … un affected by any other anumus spell or enchantment in effect or ever to be casted “ If you word it a certain way it in theory could over write anything

I hope they don’t do what happened to the main 5 during the first arc. They got pushed away with really only glory being important most of the time but even then they didn’t do much but teach (with the exception of Tsunami). Tui can’t really get Moon away from a part of the plot because she is the only prophet unless new ones are born but she would probably be a “teacher”. I really hope she hints or connects to all of the last main characters future (hopefully they play some what of a part).
